working with me
I like to understand why we're building something before jumping into how it should look. If the problem isn't clear yet, I'll probably slow you down and make you think about it more.
I'm pretty direct about what I think. I don't believe in sugarcoating and I expect the same from people who i work with. The best work usually comes from being able to disagree openly and still move forward together.
I've worked across different domains, so I don't expect to know everything going in. I'm comfortable asking questions, getting into the details and figuring out how a business and its users actually work before forming an opinion.
And ultimately, I want people to leave a conversation like the problem is a little clearer and a little more manageable than it was when we walked in.

Vasudha has played a leading role in designing Yellow Class and building the product experience; her multiple talents have transformed it.
